1、 Core characteristics of PTFE anti sticking coating
      PTFE (commonly known as "Teflon") is a fluorinated polymer material with high carbon fluorine (C-F) bond energy and weak intermolecular forces in its molecular structure. Therefore, the coating formed has the following key characteristics:
      Good non adhesiveness: The surface energy is relatively low (about 18mN/m), and almost all solid materials (such as powders, liquids, and viscous substances) are difficult to adhere to, making it difficult for materials to remain in the material bucket.
      High and low temperature resistance: It can be used for a long time in the temperature range of -200 ℃ to 260 ℃, without decomposition or aging at high temperatures, suitable for scenarios where material barrels come into contact with high-temperature materials.
      Chemical inertness: Resistant to corrosive substances such as strong acids, strong bases, and organic solvents, does not undergo chemical reactions with most materials, and ensures material purity.
      Smooth surface: After the coating is cured, the surface is flat and smooth, with a low friction coefficient (only about 0.04). The material has low flow resistance in the bucket and is easy to empty.
2、 The function of PTFE anti sticking coating sprayed on the material bucket
1. Prevent material adhesion and reduce residue
      For viscous materials (such as coatings, adhesives, food slurries), powdered materials (such as plastic powder, chemical powders), or easily agglomerated materials (such as certain pharmaceutical intermediates), after spraying PTFE coating, the inner wall surface of the material bucket is smooth and non sticky, and the material is not easy to adhere, which can reduce residual amount (usually by more than 90%), improve material utilization rate, and reduce cleaning difficulty.
2. Reduce material flow resistance and improve conveying efficiency
     Smooth PTFE coating can reduce the frictional resistance of materials during mixing, pouring, or transportation in the material bucket, especially for high viscosity materials such as resins and pastes, which can be discharged more smoothly, avoiding blockage or poor transportation caused by adhesion, and improving production efficiency.
3. Protect the material bucket and extend its service life

1. Food processing industry: A bucket for storing viscous food ingredients such as syrup, chocolate sauce, jam, etc. After spraying PTFE, it can avoid residual and contaminated raw materials and meet food contact material safety standards (such as FDA certification).
2. Chemical industry: storage or transportation of viscous chemical materials such as adhesives, coatings, resins, inks, etc. The anti stick coating can reduce material waste and resist chemical corrosion.
